At Sterling we utilise technology in a practical and sensible way to achieve best results. We work with our clients to agree the best solution for them, and this can evolve through the life of the service. With most of our clients we work directly on the client’s own accounts system via remote access. This has many benefits, the most obvious being that we are always using the same data. Our credit controllers add notes on the system for all contacts that we make so that you have a real time view of our work and a full history of contacts. We may also implement Credit Control Software to help reduce administration so that our credit controllers can focus their efforts in the most productive way, usually contacting customers by phone.
Sterling have developed in house systems which allow us to automate sending of reminders irrespective of the accounts system in use, this minimises the administration required, increasing the time available for your credit controller to spend on calling your customers. Where physical letters need to be sent we use a post fulfilment service, sending the letter automatically from our screen, saving time and money.
Where a more sophisticated approach is required Sterling work with partners to provide credit control software which integrates directly with Sage, Xero, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Infor. This software gives useful real-time management reports, allows greater automation in the credit control process and allows involvement by other stakeholders for example query resolution with sales staff.
Sterling are able to provide credit control software as part of our outsourced credit control service, or to be used by your own in house staff.
